Unfortunately, we do not allow pets at CoWORK HUB. We understand that pets can be a part of your family, but for the comfort and safety of all our members, we have a no-pet policy.

Yes, we have a fully-equipped kitchen available for our members to use. You can prepare your own meals or grab a snack whenever you need to.

Your CoWorking desk space comes with mail handling, high-speed Wi-Fi, all utilities, cleaning, maintenance, printing and scanning facilities, use of the business address, communal kitchen with tea and coffee facilities, use of the meeting room and modern welfare facilities.

CoWork Hub has no hidden extra fees or costs. The agreed fee for your membership package is an all-inclusive monthly cost.

Our CoWorking space is best suited to individuals with a need for a dedicated desk and workspace. As your business grows you can request and reserve a further desk (subject to availability) as we champion business development and growth. And when you outgrow your CoWork space and you're ready to expand we'll support your relocation to larger premises when the time comes...

We provide buildings insurance cover but this does not cover third party property. You are required to have your own business insurance for public liability and we recommend you have insurance cover for your personal effects and belongings that may be left on the premises.

The CoWork Hub standard opening times are 9am - 5pm which covers normal working hours for any business related matters. However we provide all members with a key/key fob for access to the building so you will be able to work earlier or later than the standard times allows. The building is covered by CCTV to ensure safety at all times.
